Vice Chairperson of the Africa Christian Professionals Forum
Mr. Charles Kanjama is the Vice Chairperson of the Africa Christian Professionals Forum (ACPF), where he plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to promote Christian values across Africa. A seasoned advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 20 years of experience, Mr. Kanjama was honored as a Senior Counsel in 2022. He is the Managing Partner of Muma & Kanjama Advocates, where he leads the Disputes Department, handling litigation at all levels of Kenyan courts and tribunals. His practice also includes legal consultancy for both individual and corporate clients in the private and public sectors.
Mr. Kanjama has a distinguished record of service within the legal community. He was the inaugural Chair of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Nairobi Branch from 2016 to 2020, and also chaired the LSK Caucus of Branch Chairs from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, he served as an LSK Council Member and Treasurer from 2012 to 2014. Beyond litigation, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya (F.CIArb), a Certified Professional Mediator, Certified Secretary, and Certified Accountant.
In his capacity as Chair of the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF), Mr. Kanjama leads efforts to champion family values and the integration of Christian ethics into professional life. As Vice Chair of the ACPF, he works closely with other leaders to advocate for the sanctity of human life, the dignity of the family, religious freedom, protection of children from sexual exploitation, good governance, and values-based education across the African continent. His leadership is marked by a commitment to aligning legal excellence with Christian principles, influencing both policy and societal development through a faith-driven approach.
