Board Member of the Africa Christian Professionals Forum

Mr. Errol Naidoo is a Board Member of the Africa Christian Professionals Forum (ACPF) and the Founder and CEO of the Family Policy Institute (FPI), a pro-family, public policy research and educational organization based in Cape Town, South Africa. Established in 2008, FPI has been at the forefront of advocating for the protection of the family and the promotion of Biblical Christian values in Parliament, the media, and society at large. Mr. Naidoo’s leadership and vision for FPI were inspired during his tenure as Director of Public Affairs at His People Christian Church, where he felt called to equip the Church to serve as “salt and light” in society.

A prominent public figure, Mr. Naidoo produces and hosts two current affairs television programs from a Biblical perspective: “Watchmen on the Wall”, broadcast on Faith Broadcasting Network, and “Salt & Light”, aired on TBN in Africa. Additionally, he hosts the “Watchmen on the Wall Radio Half-Hour”, a syndicated radio program that reaches multiple Christian radio stations across South Africa.

In 2016, Mr. Naidoo established the Coalition To End Sexual Exploitation South Africa (CESESA), which comprises more than 40 national organizations working together to combat sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, and the abuse of women and children. His advocacy has had a significant impact, including FPI’s critical role in preventing the decriminalization of the sex industry in South Africa through submissions to the South African Law Reform Commission (SALRC).

Mr. Naidoo is a regular contributor to national media in South Africa, known for his strong stance on family values, marriage, and religious freedom. He is also an author, columnist, public speaker, and a committed pro-family advocate. His ongoing contributions to the South African Parliament on issues critical to the protection of marriage and religious freedoms underscore his dedication to family-centered public policy.

Mr. Naidoo and his wife, Arlene, have been married for over 30 years, celebrating 32 years of marriage in December 2017. They are proud parents to three children—Jill, Jay, and Jared—and grandparents to Alexandra and Connor.
