Since inception, ACPF has made strides, and the following is a summary of the milestones made by the institution thus far
Registration and Launch
ACPF was launched during the 10th Anniversary celebration of the Kenyan Chapter in September 2020
It is a registered organisation, and this gives it a legal basis for operating and engaging different stakeholders.
The organization has established partnerships at the National, Regional and Continental level and it is building on these milestones to consolidate its footing in the sector of influence.
Africa Regional Conference 2023
In May 2023, ACPF convened a regional conference that brought together professionals from African countries (Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo). The key speakers came from ADF and CCI.
The conference provided a good platform to share experiences and current trends regarding family values which are currently going through a lot of challenges.
It was also a networking platform where relations were forged that will play a significant role in advancing the cause.
National Chapters
Inspiring the establishment of the Africa Christian Professionals Forum (ACPF) and Country Chapters in 17 African Countries.
The national chapters are at different stages of development, and they have a lot of lessons from the journey walked by the Kenyan chapter.
Partnerships established.
ACPF has established partnerships with different organizations in Africa and beyond that share in our cause. They include Family Wach International, ADF, CCI, AfCAA
We have also networked different media houses that have continued to provide coverage and keep the conversation going.
There is power in a few committed people coming together to champion a cause.
Resource mobilization must be a continuous engagement and it includes networks, people, and platforms to share the cause.
